Services
- Web Hive provides digital marketing, graphics design, website development, software solutions, app development, and related services.
- We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.
Pricing & Payment
- All pricing will be communicated to the client before project initiation.
- Payments must be made in accordance with the agreed schedule (e.g., upfront deposit, milestone payments, or full payment).
- Invoices are due within the specified time frame. Late payments may result in delays or suspension of services.
- All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information, content, and materials required to deliver services.
- Ensure all content provided does not infringe copyrights, trademarks, or any applicable laws.
- Respond to requests for feedback, approvals, and communication promptly to avoid project delays.
Intellectual Property
- All designs, code, content, and deliverables remain the property of Web Hive until full payment is received.
- Upon final payment, ownership rights (where applicable) are transferred to the client.
- Web Hive retains the right to showcase work in portfolios, case studies, and marketing materials.
Confidentiality
We respect client confidentiality and agree not to disclose sensitive business or personal information to third parties, except as required by law.
Revisions & Changes
- Service packages include a limited number of revisions as agreed.
- Additional revisions or major changes outside the original scope may incur extra charges.
Warranties & Disclaimers
- Web Hive strives to deliver services with professional care and quality.
- However, we do not guarantee specific results (e.g., search engine rankings, sales performance) as these depend on factors outside our control.
- All services are provided on an “as is” basis.
Limitation of Liability
- Web Hive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, profits, or data.
- Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the service.
Termination
- Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if terms are violated.
- The client must pay for all completed work and outstanding balances at the time of termination.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Changes to Terms
Web Hive reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with the “Last Updated” date.
